Implemented at least 5 big SAP implementations that covered the back-office, and most of the core business processes as order-to-cash, procurement-to-payment, forecast-to-stock, and record-to-report.

• Applied powerful changes for the IT department by implement data cleansing concepts and analytical thinking on the biggest retail in South America, GPA, increasing accuracy and allowing the adoption of new sales strategies;
• Handled the modernization of the system platform of DirecTV for 12 countries at the same time, challenging the strategies of training and change management;
• Redesigned the order-to-cash process of Bayer, one of the most recognized Pharmacy company in the world, improving the QOTIF indicator substantially;
