As a BPM and PM specialist, was responsible to write, design and present creative and powerful responses to client requests and solicitations, also to plan and conduct the project, manage client expectations and executive communications. In addition, my efforts helped ASSA (gA) to held financial management efficiently; dealing and controlling a budget from approximately USD 10 million per year and a cross-functional team about 55 employees.
Implemented at least 5 big SAP implementations that covered the back-office, and most of the core business processes as order-to-cash, procurement-to-payment, forecast-to-stock, and record-to-report. Mentored the career of new managers and potentiated their skills; Helped ASSA to develop and implement the Customer Experience business unit, by modeling the business plan and designing the go-to-market approach.
