I bolstered free downloadable games portal with over 700 casual titles by negotiating and establishing mutually beneficial contracts with developers and publishers all over the world. I orchestrated the launch of a mobile game that resulted in gaining 100,000 organic installs on the App Store in one month and recouping development costs. Apart from that, I hunted up and scrutinized licensing agreements with mobile game publishers on distribution and promotion of 4 gaming apps.
• Coordinated the full launch cycle of the company’s first self-published mobile game that resulted in gaining 100,000 organic installs on the App Store and recouping development costs in one month and 2 more mobile apps on both Google Play and Apple App Store; • Brought the company’s mobile games to market by hunting up and persuading 4 publishers to establish licensing agreements on distribution and promotion across major app stores; • Negotiated 36 publishing and licensing agreements with game developers and publishers that resulted in enriching one of the projects’ catalogue with over 700 casual games; • Established and maintained mutually beneficial and goodwill partnerships with over 50 game developers and publishers all over the world; • Composed and distributed over 40 press-releases, 50 blog posts, and 64 website news in both English and Russian. Communicated and corresponded with gaming journalists, bloggers, and lets-players; • Spearheaded SMM strategies to elevate projects’ presence in various social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Tumblr, Google+, Instagram); • Adapted company projects for worldwide release by coordinating the English-Russian localization for 2 websites and 6 mobile games. • Performed testing of the company’s software; • Proofread and composed over 1,000 game descriptions in both English and Russian.--
