• Responsible for the overall architectural/technical planning, organizing, implementation and control of the project to ensure consistency with design plans, cost efficiency and timely project completion • Read and interpret construction design drawings and specifications • Coordinate and liaise with consultants and subcontractors on design criteria requirements; review consultant drawings for any discrepancies; and work-out technical issues to ensure conformity to industry practices, regulatory guidelines, rules, safety measures and architectural standards § Chair technical meetings with architect, client and consultants § Chair site meetings with subcontractors and site supervisors • Review architectural site drawings issued by the Architect and coordinate interfacing details with M&E and Structural Teams. • Provide projection on target completion and hand-over; • Prepare micro schedule and conduct daily inspection of work progress on site to ensure that project is on schedules, issues are immediately addressed and targeted solutions are provided to avoid delays • Design development on finishing materials --- preparation of proposals, technical descriptions, test reports for approval--
