Created Financial Models for ROI decisions of Digital Experience Team
In my recent stint as a Coop at State Street, I created valuation models to drive multimillion-dollar investment decisions for State Street's new design system. These serve as a new standard for the organization’s design (UI/UX) product offering portfolio. Products created by our team are now being used internally in State Street and by our clients. The targeted audience has reported an improved user experience, and which enhances their self-reliance. Our efforts have contributed to an increase of net promotor score by 5 points and savings in excess of $ 20 million. I was also successful in collecting 700K+ data points for an application portfolio of 2400 applications of State Street. Two teams had previously had a failed attempt in gathering and deciphering the required data. But our team was first to be successful because of our critical thinking, stakeholder buy-in, and data categorization approach many of which suggested by me. These efforts are driving cost savings of $50 million and were highlighted by the CEO during an investor call. We have been able to sun-set 10% of our application portfolio due to these efforts, meeting the targets set by management. Also got the opportunity to onboard eSignature as shared a services platform for the Bank. This eliminated the need for faxing documents to and from State Street's clients. This project resulted in a savings of $4 million per year. This also empowered clients to have a secure and quicker transaction with State Street. The process of onboarding eSignature required several steps and clearances, from vendor selection, vetting the process of integration with the Architecture Review Board to Third-Party Risk Assessment.--

Incharge of Customer Experience at Tata Motors.
Worked in the head office and was one of the youngest members in the corporate team. I protected the brand reputation and increased customer satisfaction by monitoring and resolving escalated Chairman, President and MD level complaints (1000+) along with social media customer complaints with a turnaround time of 24 hours by executing service and sales recovery plans. I implemented monetary incentives which ensured 100% CRM adherence among 650 plus Pan-India dealerships and service stations. Decreased complaint resolution turnaround time to achieve 80% same-day resolution and improved complaint closure quality Pan-India. This brought an improvement in the Net Promoter score from -1 to 14.--
