IVR Tester for one of the biggest cable companies.
I was hired directly from graduation to the foundation program, on which coding skills where increased and diversified. Languages like Java, .net, and SQL where fortified. On Completion I took the path of QA. I was working onsite in Pennsylvania with one of the largest cable provider of the USA. Working with SOAP Testing, Requirement validation, Creation, upkeep and execution of Test Suites, Test Matrices, Regressions, Defect creation, tracking, and reporting, to name a few. The project was an IVR [Intelligent Voice Recognition] System. On this project i was working with web services, Databases, manual testing [i.e. Phone Calls.] to name a few. Also I take pride on being flexible with this project since it was a multilingual IVR, I lend my services to any part of it that required it, from translations, to traffic flips at 1 a.m.--

Creator and implementer of assembling manual
I worked on this company for a specific Project. The project was a Home Grown Application on which I created a whole new database from scratch for the creation and actualization of assembly catalogues. For this he had to manage modules, queries, forms and security. The whole process took six months in which he designed the database, implemented it, migrated the data from pdf catalogues, creating the look and feel of said catalogues, as well as creating a user friendly forms for the users to change such catalogues. Aside from that, Log information and security clearance was set for the whole project to ensure that there where no malicious attacks as well as to know who was touching the software. Last I knew the system was still being used.--
