I spent 6 months working as an assistant for the Reliability department at PECO Energy. My responsibility was primarily to identify areas that were affected by prolonged sustained outages, determine their cause, and report to my supervisors to determine the best solution. I also kept track of customer outages on a daily basis and interacted with customer service to help address customers' concerns.

As an assistant to PECO's Facilities and Relocation department at Christian Street in Philadelphia, my primary responsibility was to verify that utility, city agencies, and contractors constructing underground facilities avoided collisions with existing PECO facilities within a 3 foot range. Verification of said construction was done using design drawings provided by those parties, and compared to existing PECO blueprints of underground facilities.
•Collaborated with utility, state, and city agencies in reviewing proposals for new conduit facilities
•Identified Potential conflicts between proposed constructions and existing PECO facilities
•Inspected PECO plans, reordering existing facilities on right of way passages
