•Transfer the warehouse operation to another logistics operator in Puerto Rico without affecting the commercial process. Improved the after-sales service level, increasing frequency by consolidating deliveries with the logistics operator’s routes. •Obtained a Permanent Customs User Certification, eliminating customs agency advances, increasing cash flows, and reducing nationalization times. •Led the Six Sigma project, achieving a time reduction for order processing for exporting and Puerto Rico clients, going from six hours to just minutes. •Achieved an accuracy level from 96% to 99.97% by implementing periodical inventory and strategic alliances with the inventory management provider BOMI.--

Managed a COP$13,000 million inventory and an operations budget of COP$220 million.
•Conducted the establishment of lots numbers and expiration date from orthopedic products in warehouses management system for Bogota and the other branches, thereby obtaining a more accurate inventory control and tracking of the products to the final consumer. •Increase productivity of the instruments sets by more than 25%, optimizing preparation time and dispatching processes. •Led the ISO 9001 certification process, obtained in 2013 thereby generating a direct impact in operation optimization.--
