Highlights:The highlight of my career has been working with the fire department, where I gained direct experience in crisis management and emergency preparedness. This role provided me with a unique perspective on how to operate under pressure and in life-critical situations. I also had the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to society by protecting and saving lives and property. It gave me valuable skills in teamwork, decision-making under stress, and practical knowledge, which I now wish to apply in an international security context.

Goal:My goal is to work in international security, with a particular focus on preventing and managing violence in school environments. Through my bachelor’s thesis, where I investigated school violence in the USA, I gained deep insights into the issues and the measures that can be implemented to increase security in such vulnerable settings. My dream is to contribute to creating safer communities by using my knowledge and experiences to develop effective security strategies. I aspire to work in an international environment where I can combine my academic background with practical experience to strengthen security and preparedness globally.

Membership:I am an active member of the Home Guard (Heimevernet) in the Norwegian Armed Forces, where I participate in security and defense-related activities. Additionally, I am a member of the Norwegian Workers' Union (Norsk Arbeidsmandsforbund), which supports my engagement in the security and labor sectors.

Certification:I hold several certifications from the military, which support my expertise in security and emergency preparedness. Additionally, I have completed a one-year study in logistics and a one-year study in leadership, as well as a bachelor’s degree in international emergency management. I am also a certified security guard, including maritime security, providing me with a broad skill set in both operational and administrative security.

Honor:I was previously awarded "Employee of the Year" during my time working in a store, a recognition of my dedication and hard work. More recently, I have received an increased position at Securitas due to my strong performance and commitment to maintaining high standards in security operations.
