Citibank APPC is the primary data processing center located in Singapore that offers full data center facility services to all the under countries under the Citigroup umbrella within the Asia Pacific Region as well as Latin America (LATAM), Europe and EMEA (Middle East countries). Services run on multiple hardware environments such as the Mainframe, Midrange and Wintel.
Responsibilities:
• Performed SAS programming on the Mainframe platform, and PC SAS-coding.
• Extraction of Data from Mainframe, FTP files for downloading and Upload data to PC-SAS to generate the graphs to be posted in the WEB.
• Monitor the high usage of Jobs in Mainframe and inform users if there jobs are hanging.
• Perform validation on derived datasets and following the standard operating procedures during the validation process
• Conducted Trend analysis of all the CEC, LPAR, Country Batch and Online Usage using SAS.
