Security analysis of the company’s and investors of the company to confirm their credibility for Minet to invest in. ? Bank and General ledger reconciliation and submitted it to the Finance AGM on the 15th of each month ? Sorted and reversed receipts and payments of the company’s Sacco. ? Ensured all internal payments were signed and approved by the directors and General Managers. ? Sorted and organized all the bank details of the company’s clients and investors in excel and updated the list if there were any changes. ? Printed, photocopied and scanned documents. ? Posted internal transfers which were either premium trfs, brokerage or LTA trfs in E-Global and Ipac. ? Receipting in E-Global and Ipac at the cash office ? Banked cheques at the NCBA bank.--
