Highlights:One of my greatest teaching achievements was helping struggling students do well on their end-of-year English tests. I helped 85% of these students improve their grades with individualized learning plans, after-school tutoring, and creative teaching techniques. My belief in the effectiveness of tailored instruction and the value of fostering close, encouraging relationships with kids to enable them to realize their greatest potential was strengthened by this experience.

Goal:My main objective as an English teacher is to instill in my students a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking. I want to pursue professional development options, such advanced certifications in technology integration and literacy instruction, during the next five years in order to further enhance my teaching abilities.
