Currently I am doing a role of Scrum Master to make all project successes using Agile approach to make customer happy
In this Role I have to do daily Scrum with team, taking care of all the Sprint working smoothly or not if any assistance required from within or from other department I provided the assistance immediately to get work done. I have good knowledge of Project Management as I am PMP trained also handled so many projects to use all Agile methiodal and make every project success. I always try to keep customer happy to get more and more work from customer for our organization. I never sit relaxed until my allocated planed work not complete either in 6 hours or in 14 hrs. I always give the preference to our work. I always keep my team motivated to work with good focus approach in any project, makes them good connect so that they share your every problem and try to sort-out all of their problems, and they always stand ready with me for any work any time.--
