• Responsible for completion of Zone 3 (960 houses) from scratch • Responsible for pre cast yard small scale • Reporting to ED projects. • Preparing work norms for workers and hence preparing target for them. • Achieving monthly targets set by planning department • During absence of planning manager i worked as substitute planning manager parallel to my work • Prepared MIS for effective reporting. • Generated effective reporting method for foreman and engineers • Coordination with other zone managers and infra team for smooth working and resource sharing to counter wastages • Prepared construction manual for the project to facilitate all new comers to absorb easily and all new activities to start and move smoothly without wasting time. • Finished the structure for 960 housing units in less than two years with team of three engineers, 8 foremen and average 300 workers. • EHS has always been a prime responsibility.--
