• Devised logistics and IT architecture. Directed and implemented, through DevOps and SLDC best practices, a ground-breaking, first-of-its-kind SaaS infrastructure as part of an operations and financial technology innovation program. Initiated use of Primavera P6, Unifier and Analytics in under four months, creating efficiencies. Shaped Project Management Office (PMO) based on analytics and data science, with standardized automated processes based on ISO and OSHAS ruling little to no paper. • Liaised with CEO to implement strategic plan based on Balance Scorecard while driving strategy and operations.
