SMS BBVA-Telcel Process, with the aim of notifying adjusters about claims that have occurred through text messages, as well as users when their service is sent. As the person in charge of the road assistance area, I developed 7 modules with which I was able to complete the functionality in time and quality, exceeding the client's expectations. With the SEMÁFORO system, I was able to recover an average of 105 daily text messages that were lost with the previous application and thus improve the service for the company's policyholders.--
