I Worked 5 years in IDH as a financial reporting and budget manager, I used to report directly to the Group CFO and the chairman of IDH.
In year 2013, I was responsible for the project of set up and implementation of SAP in Alborg Laboratory Company In year 2015, I was responsible for the IPO of IDH group as a data provider and coordinator between IDH group and all external professional organizations involved in the IPO such as Deutsche Bank AG - London Branch, EFG Hermes Promoting and Underwriting, Citigroup Global Markets Limited (collectively, the ‘‘Underwriters’’) and all external legal advisors. The IPO result in listing the group in UK stock exchange market in London and selling more than 45% from the share capital of the group in UK.--
