Highlights:I have been attached to the public sector in projects related to socio-economic development. I have been a field supervisor, Intern, research associate, and consultant where I contributed in different capacities to projects. I was involved in extensive fieldwork; supervision and team management of diverse ethnic, sexual, and religious individuals; monitoring & evaluation; data collection through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions; and report write-ups.

This could involve conducting audits, developing sustainability plans, and providing training and support to employees. >> who could develop policies and procedures to ensure that the company is respecting human rights, conducting human rights impact assessments, and could also provide training on human rights issues.
