Make aligned other stakeholders with proposal package, track the issues until resolved & follow up the execution impact. 2. Monitor & evaluate KPI based Reporting to analyze Service Quality. ? Monitor KPI performance of CS,PS for 2G & 3G on regular basis. ? Design & evaluate appropriate KPI based report & circulate to several target groups about the Network Performance to track the changes of the network quality resulting from day to day operational activities or from hardware issues. ? Share monthly KPI performance report with Vimpelcom group as well as evaluation of KPI formula as per need basis. 3. Prepare and Distribute Worst Network entity List. ? Prepare the list of worst performing network entity using OMC and Interface Data and Distribute the list to concerned team for rectification for both 2G,3G. 4. User level QoS monitoring. ? Call details record(CDR) analysis of user(signaling info only) from A/Gb/Iu-PS/Iu-CS to figure out QoS related issue as per customer complain basis. 5. Engagement in QoS improvement projects. ? Initiation, participation in QoS improvement project with other concerned stakeholders. ? Statistical KPI,DT log analysis, root cause identification, solution proposal preparation. 6. Ensuring 3G Network Quality of Service. ? Ensuring 3G Node B functionality starting from On air till the Node B wise SSV and Cluster wise optimization and acceptance from Vendor. Prepare Worst Cell List and push vendor to ensure the issues are fixed . 7. Benchmark DT for both CS & PS service among leading mobile operators in BD. ? DT route, timeline evaluation. ? Supervise DT report preparation & review, analysis DT log files. Problem identification with root cause analysis. ? Escalation of report to concerned team with observations, findings and followup their action plans.--
