Highlights:significant career highlight as a secondary chemistry teacher was successfully implementing an inquiry-based learning approach in my classroom. By designing experiments that encouraged students to explore chemical principles hands-on, I saw a notable increase in student engagement and understanding. Several students who initially struggled with the subject showed remarkable improvement in their comprehension and enthusiasm for chemistry. This approach enhanced their academic performance and nurtured their curiosity and critical thinking skills. It was gratifying to witness their growth and to know that I had played a role in fostering their passion for science.
