Provide business incubation expertise and establish relevant partnerships, to support innovation processes for the supported projects and ventures. 7. Take lead in resource mobilisation activities, particularly from non-traditional sources (e.g., social investors, venture capitalists, etc.), to support deployment and scale-up activities. 8. Support the Programme Manager in ensuring project and business partners effectively interface to meet stated objectives. 9. Identify appropriate bio-incubation models for the effective incubation of start-ups, early stage, and small enterprises, as well as ‘spin-off’ companies. 10. Identify existing and new actors in the region and abroad that can provide business support to the programme, needed to scale-out bio-innovations.--
