Overview

NAICS Industry: Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services
H-1B Dependent: Yes - Willfull Violator: No

Indus Valley Consultants, Inc. filed 87 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 26 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. Indus Valley Consultants was ranked number 2,168 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, 1 LCA was denied or withdrawn during the same period.

Before Indus Valley Consultants can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Indus Valley Consultants. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Indus Valley Consultants submitted 113 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

★☆☆☆☆ - Bad Consultancy, Fake People... - - Power star and Rebel star - 11/23/2014 - flag as inappropriate - comment
It starts with sweet talks and all kinds of promises at the beginning. You are promised that the training will be done in 3 months and you will be able to learn all and work well. Once you join, you are trapped for a long long waste of time. They keep on dragging the training for 5-6 months and there is no word about marketing then. The trainer V-Wake will run the show and will never be on time. Also, the training is bad, its definitely not going to help in becoming a JAVA professional because the trainer only teaches using calculator and temperature examples which is nowhere closer to any real life scenario. Many people have ran away during the training period and also after getting into jobs through this consultancy. Also, they tell you at the time of joining that they will sponsor for H1-B but later when you are in, they say they will sponsor H1 only for very skilled employees and that too like next year so you will miss 1 chance of getting visa(considering that getting H1-B has become a lottery system since last few years now and every chance to apply matters a lot). And some of the people who are currently on H1-B visa through them are paid less then a full time entry level person. The management people, the big hats on top don't give a sh$&@ about anything. At the end if you cannot adjust to training or something, then you are just told to leave without any consideration about your career and visa status. My blood boils as I continue to write this review. I just wish that IT professionals stay away from such consultancies.

P.S The people (V) and (D) are all on their green cards and they think they own your life and career and you have nowhere to go but to get at their feet for the sake of your career.

Personal experience:If you are considering to join the consultancy ,take a moment and think twice.Just don't go with the words of Company, ask your fellow friends who are suffering by joining this consultancy.
At first you will be overwhelmed by seeing how they treat Later you feel why I joined this consultancy(personal experience). When a situation comes that you need company help they will just leave you in the ocean, you don't know what to do.By that time everything will be gone from your hands.
Pay will be very less when compared to other consultancies.Marketing is worst team in the company. No need of 3 to 4 months of training, only 1 month should be fine.Person(V) who trains you will not be on-time .You will not get job no later than 2 to 6 months

PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS CONSULTANCY
