Hi All,

Ram/Sam are all fraud. This company charged me for H1B fee and told me in July 2015 that my application was not picked up. i have been following up for my money since July 2015 and Ibis have not paid it to me yet (March 2016). Further, the cheque which they issued in Dec has bounced twice and I have lost all hopes of getting this money without a legal remedy. I am filing a lawsuit in Mumbai and request you to also do the same. For any information, please get in touch with me on +918989939182.
These people have cheated many likes us and it should not go un-noticed.
- 3/7/2016 - The new name of this fraud IBIS tech is Asklepian Inc , run by the criminal Siby Pathickal and his kerala brother and two other criminals named SAM and RAM, their new office in Bangalore is "Asklepian Technologies Pvt Ltd,, 3rd Floor, Beta Block, Sigma Technology Park, varthur Kodi (bus stop), Varthur Hobli, Bangalore 560066, TEL: +91-80-4167 7375" .

i really dont have any words for this ppl, i paid 2.5 lacs for H1 visa

these ppl are so cheap , cross limits..they dont knw even how to behave ...they havent do anything just ..no reply..no response on phone..after paying money...fraud fraud fraud ...

ill take legal action with and report to US embassy as well so that include this moth****F*** ppl in black list companies ...

God will for sure punish them

This is a pure Fraud company who take money and do nothing, there are three money looters Siby Pathickal and his brother in Kerala, Sam Joseph, and Ram who are as cheap they can be. will never reply to mails or calls they only change physical address and company name regularly in both India and US Chicago. I am still wondering how can they still operate with so many complaints from affected people. Search for reviews of both these companies and u will only see people loosing hefty money to these looters. don't fall prey .

it is fraud company and owner thinks that he can catch fishes and keep them in net. if you do not want to get fished by him then simple rule is stay away.

This is a fraud company and I'm surprised why they have not been blacklisted by the DOL yet. They ask money from employees as security deposit not while filing the H1B but when the filing is in progress. They ask for checks in names of people outside of their company and never reveal the same to the employees.
No transparency at all. At least a couple of my clients(I'm an attorney) had a very tough time with this company. They never got to see their paper work and were given incorrect information that led to multiple immigration related violations for them.
Stay away from this company and if they have given you a tough time please get in touch with an attorney.
