commentI would strongly recommend Avani Technologies especially for the people who are working for any MNC’s and planning to transfer H1 or US working VISA to other employers. I was working as a full time employee with Tier-1 Indian MNC and I got offer from Avani to join as a System Analyst for a client in MI, USA. For sure I would say I’m having little fear to transfer my H1 to Avani as I do not know their culture & their client network. But I took a bold decision and joined Avani and I would say that is the right decision I made in my career in US.
During H1 transfer process , my petition went into RFE for client letter. And believe me it is the Avani Team who continuously follow up with Vendor and got the Client letter from the IT Director of my client. Even my client manager said that it is the first time in their history to give a client letter to a contractor as they give client letters only to full time employees. And now I got my H1 transferred to Avani successfully. Even they support me in getting Visitor VISA for my parent-in-laws.
Avani has dedicated team for processing immigration work and they take care of all VISA process. So do not worry about your VISA transfer Avani can do miracles.

Avani Tech Solution Inc helped me to file my H1B Visa back in 2011 and got my Visa
approved for first 3 years as they directly work with many preffered vendors so it
is easy for them to get necessary documentation from the end client.

What i have seen is they have very good technical and management team who will deliver the project with in time and for the people who want to learn its a great place. Coming to recruitment team, its very nice team and they will respond back to your queries on time. And coming to technology there is no end to learn new things and implement new things and everyone is open to share their thoughts.
They are becoming good in market for their mobile apps. I have seen almost 4 apps that got released in a span of 2 months which will make the clients to feel more happy. and because of the good leadership they have they are becoming number one in USA market.

commentHi, I am current employee of Avani and cannot be more happier with their immigration process and the excellent team they have. They have a big push on mobile solutions and are seriously trying to compete with products in HR portal solutions. They have a strong pipeline of products and everyone seems to be very techie in the team. They also hire any H1B employees with serious vetting in interview process before file for H1B. One of my colleague referred 4 of his qualified friends and they only accepted one profile to file for H1B. The immigration team is great, timely communication, and lots of care with the paperwork and everything. These guys are rocking from day one. Cares about you. Never missed any pay cycle. Have been witnessing lot of development in getting government contracts and winning big deals. commentI have been with the company for more than a year, first and foremost, these guys pay employee salaries on-time and direct deposit, pays twice a month (every 2 weeks). They also revised my salary within 6 months of the start of my job.
They have a very good marketing team all of them were hands-on programming experience to evaluate and market the profiles to their customers. I like their employee referral plan, i have referred 2 of my friends and got paid immediately.
I have recommended many of my friends for their training and placement program.
