Cirrus Logic, Inc, develops high-precision, analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs) for a range of consumer and industrial markets. During the fiscal year ended March 25, 2006 (fiscal 2006), Cirrus Logic sold its digital video product line assets to Magnum Semiconductor, Inc., a privately held company. In January 2007, the Company acquired Caretta Integrated Circuits, a fabless IC design company based in Shanghai.
