• Supporting project and partner staff in the design and implementation of all MEL activities throughout the project cycle, providing hands-on technical assistance in the development and implementation of MEL systems and tools, logic models, results framework, report submissions, and in conducting reviews and evaluations.
• Reviewing data consistency and accuracy of PEPFAR indicators reported through DHIS2 and DATIM.
• Participating in evaluations and research studies seeking to measure programme outcomes and impact in the district.
• Routinely conducting secondary data analysis and translating the project’s Theory of Change into tangible indicators for monitoring and evaluation.
• Ensuring that data from sites are reported weekly, monthly and quarterly in DHIS2 and DATIM, Monthly PEPFAR & Non-PEPFAR spreadsheets.
• Reviewing data with the District Program Officer to identify and formulate phases of the project to ensure proper planning, results and indicator formulation using the SMART concept?
• Producing quarterly narrative reports jointly with the Kapnek District Programs Manager.--
