• Establishing and Leading and supporting the development and refinement of MEL tools and processes to effectively monitor, analyze, and report on project progress for HIV, Cervical Cancer, TB services and DREAMS programs. • Identify training needs and training government health workers on utilization of M&E tools and ensuring availability of M&E tools at site level for utilization in reporting service statistics. • Providing support with strategic information to aid Ministry of Health and Childcare Health Information Officer (MOHCC HIO), DNO`s Office, Kapnek District Program Officer, decision making in scaling up HIV, TB and Cervical Cancer Screening programs. • Ensuring functionality and strengthening the use of Electronic patient monitoring system outputs for programme planning and management at site level. • Conducting routine data quality audits to ensure integrity of data reported by sites. • Supporting project and partner staff in the design and implementation of all MEL activities throughout the project cycle, providing hands-on technical assistance in the development and implementation of MEL systems and tools, logic models, results framework, report submissions, and in conducting reviews and evaluations. • Reviewing data consistency and accuracy of PEPFAR indicators reported through DHIS2 and DATIM. • Participating in evaluations and research studies seeking to measure programme outcomes and impact in the district. • Routinely conducting secondary data analysis and translating the project’s Theory of Change into tangible indicators for monitoring and evaluation. • Ensuring that data from sites are reported weekly, monthly and quarterly in DHIS2 and DATIM, Monthly PEPFAR & Non-PEPFAR spreadsheets. • Reviewing data with the District Program Officer to identify and formulate phases of the project to ensure proper planning, results and indicator formulation using the SMART concept? • Producing quarterly narrative reports jointly with the Kapnek District Programs Manager.--
